Photography.

The photographs displayed consist of my recent work and exhibit individuals as well as the world. I attempted to communicate the idea that people form an opinion about other people from a simple glance, regardless of whether that opinion is right or wrong.
As human beings we are often confused with our identity – the eternal question of who we are... Many times what people think or say about us affects us and thus we tend to evaluate ourselves by what is considered as true or false. Therefore, the movement illustrated reminiscent of fading reminds me of fading away, how words of others make us forget and confuse who we are, how our identity is fading, disappearing. Opinions vary so much that one is lost and unsure about oneself. This uncertainty complicates ones quest at establishing ones character. I intended to help the mind visualize how the real identity fades and vanishes in a way.
